You are invited to quote on the following transport requirement for 2 safeguarded children. Details are:

CLIENT DETAILS
7 year old female: No known behavioural issues. Will need a booster cushion
5 year old male: No known behavioural issues. Will need a booster cushion
TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS:
• Taxi (with space seat 2 children on booster cushions). Please confirm which vehicle type you will use
• Driver must be PATS/ACTT trained; hold a current Bucks CC ID badge, be DBS checked and have clear English communication


JOURNEY REQUIREMENTS:
