Description

Wandsworth Borough Council seeks a suitably qualified provider to deliver a Young People's Health Agency Service as part of its strategic commitment to promote, maintain and improve the health and well-being of young people and children in Wandsworth.

The contract will be for a period of three years commencing on 1st April 2018 and subject to an extension of a period of up to two years at the absolute discretion of the Council.

The maximum value of the contract is £1,212,480 over the proposed contract period (5 years) including the extension period, with a maximum annual value of £242,496.
