Description
Walsall Council are looking to appoint an organisation to deliver clinical supervision sessions to practitioners working within the Family Hubs localities, including Youth Justice Service (YJS), and Early Help Parenting.
The topics to be explored through the Sessions will include:
• professional issues of skill or technique, developing greater self-confidence, increased motivation through assisting with self-reflection and understanding.
• Professional challenges and potential solutions, developing key competencies and skills such as strategic thinking, problem solving, influencing and how to apply these in the workplace.
• Interpersonal relationships and issues of power it the workplace.
• Personal emotional issues/impact.
