Description
This contract is for the provision of the Southampton Living Well Service within the boundaries of Southampton. The Council is looking to develop a new model of Community Wellbeing Centres providing support and day time activities for older people that will transform over time the traditional model of day centres. A bidders event will be held at the Council Chamber, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY between 14:30 - 16:30 on the 14th November. Bidders who wish to attend should confirm their attendance via the messaging function on the e-Sourcing portal.

Applicants will be required to apply via "Supply Southampton" website which can be accessed via, http://www.southampton.gov.uk/business-licensing/supply-council/supply-portal.aspx where you can register your details and access documentation. All documentation including questionnaires must be completed and submitted by no later than the time/date indicated. The Council undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information provided in the proposal submitted, subject to the Council's obligations under law, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
