Description

Works to demolish the building of a former electrical sub-station formerly part of the East Lancashire Paper Mill, Glebe Street, Radcliffe, Bury. The building is an isolated rectangular structure approximately 60m3. The walls are generally constructed of brick with a reinforced concrete roof. The structure is sealed but has been subject to unauthorised access and it is therefore proposed to demolish the structure to ground level to remove any health and safety risks.
