Description

NDA Properties Ltd, the Contracting Authority, are looking to tender repair works to Seascale Hall Farm under a JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design (ICD) 2016.

Note all works are to be completed in compliance with Listed Building Consent (Including discharge conditions) and inspected as required throughout the works duration.

Building 1 - Farmhouse (Grade II Listed Building) refurbishment works required to include inter alia, structural, damp, roof remedial works and removal of the small external WC to the rear of the property.

Building 2 - Stone Barn 1 (Curtilage to the Grade II Listed Building) refurbishment works required to include inter alia, structural rebuild repairs to the gable end and replacement rain water goods and partial re-point to existing walls.

Building 3 - Stone Barn 2 (Curtilage to the Grade II Listed Building) refurbishment works required to include inter alia, enclosing of the first floor access door/ stair, replacement rain water goods and partial re-point to existing walls.

Building 4 - Stone single storey outbuilding (Curtilage to the Grade II Listed Building) refurbishment works required to include inter alia, replacement wood store structural timber over opening, rain water goods and partial re-point to existing walls.
