Description

North Lincolnshire Council wishes to invite proposals for a Provider to lease and operate under a concession contract the new Belton Café and Visitor Centre. The Facility is located in the Belton Parish, in the Isle of Axholme to the south of North Lincolnshire. The site is located on the former picnic area midway on the walking route from Epworth to Belton in an area of public and agricultural green space consisting of a walkway and farmland.
