St Mungo's Community Housing Association (St Mungo's) is seeking a Design and Build contractor to deliver the redevelopment of 113 Cedars Road and 115 Cedars Road, London, SW4 0PW. The site will provide approximately 250 square metres of Internal refurbishment/remodelling works to form new residential accommodation plus circulation and office space. The project provides an outstanding opportunity for a Design and Build partner to work alongside St Mungo's.)
