Description
The City of London Corporation (the City) has appointed a multi-disciplinary design partner for the Barbican Renewal Project. The contract period is anticipated to be approx. 94 months commencing April 2022. The total contract value is for the full service from RIBA stages 0-7. Initially the commission is for the completion of RIBA stages 0/1 only. The contract value for RIBA stages 0/1 is 495,280GBP. The City reserves the right not to proceed with services for each subsequent stage.
