Description
Wigan Council is looking to commission a Specialist Supported Living and Wellbeing Service to deliver and demonstrate continued, effective mental health and recovery orientated support that promotes social and clinical recovery and management. The service will provide support predominantly to people with mental health problems and dual diagnosis; however the service could also be suitable for people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. The service will ensure people have active and fulfilled lives in the community whilst effectively monitoring and safely managing risk.
