he London Borough of Sutton (The Council) has secured planning permission Planning Ref: DM2021/02331 - subject to a unilateral undertaking- for the construction of 92 residential units at Beech Tree Place, Sutton, SM1 1SF.

The London Borough of Sutton seeks tenders from prospective contractors to tender for the design and construction of 92 newbuild housing at at 4-25 Beech Tree Place Sutton and 29-35 West Street Sutton

The works are for the design and construction of newbuild housing; incorporating the demolition of existing buildings and structures, erection of a 4 storey, two 6 storey and a part 6 part 8 storey buildings comprising 92 residential units, new pedestrian and vehicular access, amenity space, car and cycle parking, refuse storage, landscaping and public realm improvements on the land at 4-25 Beech Tree Place Sutton and 29-35 West Street Sutton
