Description
The Council conducted a Direct Award via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Postal, Goods, Services and Solutions Framework (RM6017) via Lot 7 for the Council's Printing and Issue of Personalised Annual Council Tax Bills, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction Scheme Notifications.
The Council has a statutory obligation to ensure that the Council Tax Bills are issued on time and within specified timescales otherwise the Council could incur financial penalties for not conforming to the fulfilment of those statutory requirements.
