Description

This is a prior information notice to give advance notification to interested suppliers of stop smoking services that Tower Hamlets Council will be holding a virtual pre-tender market engagement event on Thursday 2nd December 2021 from 10am to 11.30am via MS Teams.

This pre-tender market engagement seeks information in preparation for the potential procurement of suppliers for the delivery of tobacco cessation in Tower Hamlets.

The objectives of this event are to:
• Provide an overview of the proposed service models
• Help define the requirement by receiving comments from potential suppliers
• Help provide a better understanding of the level of market interest in regard to the requirement
• Help understand the optimised approach, delivering a cost-effective and high quality service
• Also provide suppliers with an opportunity to ask questions, raise concerns and any issues to be addressed
