Description

The objective of this contract is to provide her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service with a strategic partner and prime provider of services defined as "Core" and "Call-Off".

The A+M contractor act on behalf of the customer to ensure that the FM contractors are meeting their obligations.

The A+M contractor's obligations include:

c) Monthly Review of the FM Provider's Self-Reporting
d) Business Management & Project Support
e) Asset Verification
