Description

The council requires professional support in the form of a Project Management Consultant for the duration and satisfactory completion of the outdoor swimming pool refurbishment and associated works listed below:
- Outdoor swimming pool refurbishment, to include level deck pool built within confines of the existing pool tank and also a new 'beach area'
- New promenade and pool surround
- Full refurbishment of the changing rooms facilities
- Replacement of the pools plant room equipment
- Replacement of the pools filtration system
- Refurbishment of the changing room roof
- Replacement/renewal of related external underground pipework
