Description

Since our inception in 2005, we have carried out a tenant satisfaction survey using a sample of our tenants. Since 2014, we have carried out this survey over the telephone every six months using a representative sample of 700 tenants. In addition we have also carried out an annual WDH employee survey.

Consequently our tendered requirements are split across the following two lots
