UHB operates across four main sites: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, Heartlands Hospital, Good Hope Hospital, and Solihull Hospital, as well as several remote sites.

UHB employs over 25,000 staff members, and we are committed to investing in their development, health, and well-being.

UHB IT Services manages a large infrastructure of computing and networking resources that underpin business-critical applications across all hospital sites.

UHB is seeking information from potential suppliers for an Automation Tool

UHB are in the process of introducing a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) across multiple sites. A LIMS, automate workflows, integrate instruments, and manage samples and associated information.
We are currently in the process of mapping and creating thousands of workflows in the new LIMS system.

We are looking for an automation tool to aid us in testing these workflows after they have been created in the new LIMS. This tool is for the laboratory staff to use.
