Soft Market Testing is a method of gathering Market Intelligence on a given subject area by engaging with the providers of the goods and / or services required. Nottinghamshire County Council's Adult Social Care and Health department is undertaking a soft market testing exercise to canvass independent views to support and shape the future specification and model of:
