Description

The University has a requirement to appoint a Main Contractor to work under a JCT Intermediate with Contractors Design 2011 agreement to carry out refurbishment and conversion works over two floors of the Herbert Collins Building, forming office and specialist teaching facilities for the School of Art, Design and Fashion.

Bidders are invited to submit a proposal that is able to meet the requirements as set out in the Invitation to Tender documentation.
