Description

At Norfolk Community Health and Care, our focus is on continually improving the quality of care we offer to local people and on improving access to that care, helping people to move seamlessly from one service to another.We serve a population of nearly 900,000 people in Norfolk with community health and care services, as well as providing a specialist Early Supported Discharge service to stroke patients in Norfolk and Suffolk. To increase the quality of care provided to our patients, NCH&C are looking to enhance use of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) System, by accessing and updating patient records in real time in our ward environment. The Trust would like to consider how using mobile/agile or fixed technologies will enable delivery of this vision.

The Trust are seeking expressions of interest from qualified and capable service providers and re-sellers able to provide products that satisfy our criteria.
