Description
South Cambridgeshire District Council are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to carry out Structural and Refurbishment Works at 22 & 24 Bar Lane, Stapleford.
The buildings are traditional build construction and the properties are adjoining and they will be unoccupied during the works.
Please note there is an adjoining property (no. 26) that is privately owned and will be occupied. Contractors will need to be mindful of this and be considerate when carrying out the works. SCDC are looking for an end of September 2018 start.
