Description
NHS SBS on behalf of NHS England & NHS Improvement Regional Expansion Team in the East of England are seeking to procure a provider for training in Personalised Care and Support Planning to support wider development work.
It is essential that the trainer has expertise in Personalised Care and Support Planning as defined by Universal Personalised Care and that the trainer has a proven track record of building sustainable capacity for Personalised Care and Support Planning in complex systems that are tackling competing priorities and considerable challenges.
The training supplier must be prepared and able to commit to seeking accreditation from the Personalised Care Institute - The deadline for clarification questions is 12/12/21 at 12.00.
