Description

Wyre Forest District Council has a legal duty under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended). to provide temporary accommodation for single people or homeless households whilst an application for housing is being assessed.

This will be a Framework of establishments to enable the District to offer temporary accommodaton.

The Council will require accommodation for singles, couples and families and wherever possible rooms must have en-suite facilities, but a bathroom can be provided.

Breakfast must be provided and included in the room rate per night (or per head).
