Description

The objectives of the procurement are:
• To appoint an academic partner who has expertise in developing and/or researching accommodation for people with dementia including a good level of understanding of the needs of people living with dementia.
• To have a partner who can work with the Council to achieve an increase of accommodation that is good quality, sustainable and meets both our organisational objectives including specific local need.

The Council is seeking a partner to achieve the following:
• A partner who brings innovation and new ways of thinking to the Council alongside a proven track record of delivery.
• A partner who will review the current approach to the Specialist Dementia Facility and add value to this.
