Description
The framework is to provide Staffordshire County Council with an agreed schedule of work rates to work on Council owned buildings within specifiedgeographical areas throughout Staffordshire. The main area for delivery is Staffordshire although the Agreement has been left open for other public sector bodies to join.
The framework will be awarded in separate lots for Building, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical maintenance/installations.
The framework will generally consist of carrying out minor responsive maintenance/installation services/works with the majority of the work within occupied properties with individual order values up to £5,000. From time-to-time some orders may be above
this threshold.

This procurement is for a framework agreement between the appointed providers(s) and Staffordshire County Council, to supply predominately services/works on an ad-hoc call-off basis, as and
when required.
Staffordshire County Council or its public sector partners makes no guarantee as to the volume of business on offer or to be awarded, and any volumes given are indicative only and intended as a general
guide. There is no commitment at the time of tendering from any parties outside of Staffordshire County Council and this should be taken into consideration when bidding.
