Dersingham Parish Council
Recreation Ground Skatepark Project
Tender specifications/criteria

The Parish Council is the lead body to whom all correspondence on the matter should be addressed
The dimensions: 25m x 12m; no element to be more than 2.4m in height
One basketball hoop to be removed and retained by the Parish Council

The Parish Council will need information regarding how the contractor's vehicles will access the site causing minimum damage to the Recreation Ground surface and minimum disruption to parishioners

A map of the site enclosed showing the proposed location of the skate-ramp, which must be 2m from the western boundary fence
A copy of the young peoples' design enclosed to be used as a guide only

The project is dependent on grant funding
The contractor must make good the site post completion
Any quote must include a breakdown of costs for each element
The successful contractor will have to provide to the Parish Clerk before work commences-
• Relevant Health & Safety signage
• Risk Assessment
• Method Statement

Tenders to be returned in sealed envelopes, marked 'Skatepark Tender Documents' and must be received by noon on Wednesday 4 September. Proposals will be assessed by the potential users following Councillors' formal examination.

Please could you also give details of the longevity of such a structure and of any guarantee especially if proposing non concrete structure.
