Description
Carefully remove existing stored items and store on the ground floor
Carefully remove rubbish and cart away
Construct new 4 sided full high insulated stud partitions to form perimeter of Hub Office (fire line board etc)
Supply and install new joinery door sets including iron monger and vision panel etc
Supply and fix new suspended ceiling including shadow batten to new Hub Office
Supply and install new insulation between studs and lay 300 mm of insulation quilt above ceiling void
Supply and install new white U Pvc casement windows with opening sashes to perimeter walls
Tape and joint all new and disturbed areas to mach existing finishes
Decorate the following areas to MCA Specification Walls -Magnolia emulsion shadow batten -White RAL9010 Emulsion
Door frames and skirting -White RAL 9010 Gloss Door Leafs -RAL 5022 Gloss Pipework and windows -White RAL 9010
Gloss Supply and fix fire line board to existing staircase on the soft line
