Description

Norfolk County Council Local Area Network underpins all of the Authorities business services and therefore is crucial infrastructure. The Authority is seeking to procure and implement a modern, simpler and faster Local Area Network to replace its legacy infrastructure.

Please note that the budget for this service is between £500,000 to £1,500,000. Bidders should be aware that any bids received at the ITT stage that exceed the £1,500,000 maximum budget will automatically be rejected.

Bidders should note that although the Council is conducting this procurement under the Competitive Dialogue Procedure, it will be a lean dialogue. Bidders will only be required to attend Norfolk County Council's premises for 1 day. The questions in the Invitation to Submit an Outline Proposal will be the same as the Invitation to Final Tender questions.
