Description

Group Based Short Break Care Services for Children with a Disability in Salford Aged 5 - 11 years. The purpose of this provision is to provide high quality community-based services, enabling disabled children to participate in activities that they enjoy. The contract is for an 12 month period with a possible 12 month extension. The documents can be downloaded via the e-procurement site the Chest www.the-chest.org.uk. You can register free of charge on the site and download the documents free of charge. The documents must be uploaded back onto the Chest by no later than 16:00 hours Friday 4th December, 2020
