Description

The Agency is looking to purchase an automated immunohistochemical staining platform must be suitable for:
Single and duplex immunohistochemical staining in both chromogenic and fluorescent formats.
Automated running of single and multiplex RNAscope (chromogenic and fluorescent detection).
Automated running of BaseScope chromogenic identification protocols.
Must allow the use of researcher defined reagents/detection systems/protocols and protocol editing including defining incubation temperatures and times
Have a footprint no larger than 800mm (W)/720mm (H)/780mm (D) due to access and laboratory space constraints.
Produce staining intensities equivalent to current procedures using the same antibody dilutions to ensure consistency of results and analysis
