Description

ULHT Nuclear Medicine Department requires the following quality assurance and quality control services from the service provider:
• service provider must hold a current and valid license. Copies of the license and the latest MHRA inspection report will be required for ULHT files.
• monitoring of the preparation of radiopharmaceutical products at Lincoln County Hospital to the approved standards required by the MHRA under GMP, the Medicines Act 1968 and the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
ULHT Pharmacy Aseptic Services unit requires the following quality assurance and quality control services from the service provider:
• testing and monitoring of the Pharmacy Aseptic dispensing facilities and equipment at Lincoln County Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital, Boston to the required standards
• ad-hoc requests and various related duties
