Description

Colchester Borough Council wishes to understand the needs for, and siting of, new secure cycle parking within both Colchester town centre and a residential area(s) within the urban area of Colchester.

Therefore, a Consultant will be commissioned to consider, prepare and present an options appraisal for the provision of new secure cycle parking in suitable locations.
