Description

The University is sourcing a Service Provider to supply Agency and Advertising Services. The appointment will be made following the evaluation of this restricted tender.

The contract period will be two years with the option to extend by an additional year subject to satisfactory performance and agreement by both parties.

Scope of service is:
a. Support the University in the delivery of an effective brand and student recruitment strategy to meet annual recruitment targets.
b. Support the University in developing its reputation for high quality teaching and student experience.
c. Recommend appropriate media to ensure enquiry, application and registration KPIs are fully realised.
d. Recommend a media strategy that is coherent, consistent and impactful, enabling the University to attain a prominent position in an increasingly competitive market place.
e. Deliver market insight and forecasts to inform the development of a media strategy.
f. Secure best value for the University.
g. Provide performance data that can be utilised in the development of the media strategy and tactical campaigns.
h. Assist in defining, developing, protecting and measuring the brand.
