Description

Bristol City Council (BCC) requires a replacement of the current IT Service Management tool (Landesk). The requirement to implement efficient processes and processing of/for the IT function. The ITSM tool will form an integrated technology that supports the ICT service Helpdesk function and the wider BCC IT end-user community with a user-friendly self service portal for all employees.
