Description

Cambridgeshire County Council seeks a provider who will provide support to carers of adults (aged 18-65) who have a mental health need. The service will continue to support people who reach the age of 65. The service will not work directly with carers under the age of 18, but will work with the Young Carers Service to signpost for Young Carers for support and transition Young Carers into the service when appropriate.\r

The service is for carers who are living in the Cambridgeshire local authority area and includes carers living outside of the county but caring for someone who lives in the area.\r
