Description

May/June 2021 saw the completion of a test and learn exercise to trial the suitability of modern meeting room technologies with a small, medium, and large meeting room within County Hall. The purpose of the exercise was to understand how technologies can be utilised to deliver an inclusive meeting experience for all participants, irrespective of the location that they are joining from whether within an ECC building, working at home or from other locations. This contract will provide, implement, and support on meeting room technology for a specialist room within County Hall.
