Description

The Council is seeking an organisation to provide an Accommodation Based Support Service for Alcohol/Drug Recovery for residents of West Sussex.

The overall aims of the Service are to provide:
o Accommodation based support for people on their 'recovery journey' from high risk substance misuse.
o A secure home together with personalised support and case management.
o Assessment for and delivery of community-based alcohol withdrawal programmes in line with national guidance and evidence base.
o Support to access blood borne virus testing and vaccination.
o Support to access education, training and employment.
o Support to access move on accommodation and support with resettlement.
