Description

The current Out of Hours call handling service contract has now expired and therefore a tender opportunity has arisen to provide this service to Hightown. An average number of 250 inbound calls are dealt with per month (approx. 220 in the summer months, rising to 380 in winter), over a 12 month period of a repairs and maintenance nature.
There are currently in the region of 4781 dwellings plus associated communal blocks which the service will cover for repairs and maintenance emergency calls.
