Description

We are looking to appoint an organisation to deliver key elements of the RISE Enhancement Project, an innovative and unique business support offer that aims to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across the Sheffield City Region recruit talented graduates. The project is a partnership of Sheffield City Council, University of Sheffield, Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield City Region and the private sector.

The project is part funded by European Regional Development Fund (as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020), and will be delivered across the Sheffield City Region (SCR) in line with European Funding requirements.

The purpose of the project is to achieve the following impacts:
1. Businesses understand the benefits that graduates can bring to their business
2. Businesses develop their graduate recruitment know-how and capabilities
3. Businesses feel supported and confident to access graduate talent in the future
4. Graduate talent is attracted and retained
5. The region's profile is raised as a great place for graduates to live, work and realise a fulfilling successful career
6. The region succeeds in growing its high tech sectors
7. The benefits of working for an SME are more widely promoted and understood amongst graduates
8. Businesses have a good understanding of the region's business support offers
9. The region's skills base is developed

This contract will run for three years, from September 2019 to September 2022. The attached ITT provides more detail of the requirement.
