Description
County Durham Housing Group is looking to complete an early market engagement process in relation to delivery of a wide variety of Health & Safety / Compliance Training to meet the needs of the Group.
County Durham Housing Group was created in April 2015, as a Community Benefit Society with charitable objects, from the completion of a large scale voluntary transfer of approximately 18,400 homes from Durham County Council. The group is made up of four registered providers consisting of a Parent Organisation (CDHG), East Durham Homes, Dale and Valley Homes and Durham City Homes. The group is governed by the parent board which has over-arching responsibility for the entire group. The group currently employs approximately 410 members of staff, but is subject to change.
The information received from the Early Marketing Engagement process will be used to decide on the most appropriate process for procurement in relation to whether or not the contract is to be divided into lots.
