Description
Maidstone Borough Council are inviting interested parties to take part in a supplier engagement process with regards the provision of Employers Agent Hybrid Services (including Contract Administrator, Principal Designer, Quantity Surveyor and Clerk of Works) relating to the proposed mixed use redevelopment of the Former Royal Mail Sorting office, Sandling Road, Maidstone. Please refer to indicative schedule of services. These should be regarded as indicative at this stage as Maidstone Borough Council reserves the right to extend and/or amend the services as necessary.
All expressions of interest should be made via the Kent Business Portal (www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk). All information requested by the project team should be submitted via the messaging tab within the portal by the stated deadline of 12:00pm on Friday 1st October 2021.
