Description

The Council is seeking to appoint a commercial partner through competitive dialogue to form a joint venture for
the marketing, letting, operation and management of the mixed-use Albion Square scheme in the city centre.
The partner will also lead on place-making and establishing the brand for the Royal Quarter and seek wider
opportunities for revenue generating activity within it.
