Description

The contract shall comprise of carrying out of carrying out the planned annual inspection and reactive maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS), together with ancillary equipment installed on Shropshire Council controlled premises, to ensure that they provide best performance and are maintained in a safe condition.

This contract is for an initial 12 months with an option to extend for a further 3 years commencing on 1st May 2018.
