DFID Tanzania is seeking the services of competent and qualified suppliers to deliver the following overall objectives:
 To develop a full business case for the Dar es Salaam Urban Jobs Programme ;
 Upon successful completion and approval of the business case, the supplier will develop effective and efficient mechanisms to implement the approved business case, using the Making Markets work for the Poor approach, in a way that delivers concrete results and sufficiently optimizes value for money (VfM) for DFID and intended beneficiaries in Tanzania.
