Buckinghamshire Libraries is a partner in the SELMS Consortium and together we procured the Spydus Library management system provided by Civica to run core library services.

The SELMS Steering Board (nominated leads from each of the 14 local authorities) have agreed the Direct Award Procurement process of the Spydus Library management system, supplied by Civica using the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Vertical Application Solutions (VAS) Framework.
