Description

The Extra-Care provision will be delivered within the borough of the New Forest, specifically in Totton, Lymington and New Milton. The service will provide the following support to service users:

- Provide stability and consistent availability of care service provision, including at night, to meet eligible need.
- Provide consistently good quality care.
- Ensure individuals' safety, protection from harm, and social inclusion.
- Work effectively with those seeking to access extra-care, scheme accommodation providers, the District and County Councils to facilitate effective and appropriate access.
