The tool provides a single view of DWP's resources, skills and Capability to inform how we can best develop our staff and meet demand. It enables DWP to fully understand the strengths and weaknesses of its organisation impacting on the efficiency of people deployment, people development and recruitment.
Capability Manager offers an industry proven solution with the ability to configure to meet DWP specific needs. Improved efficiency, reduction on reliance of clerical processing and greater MI functions will allow the Capability Team to understand the areas of strength and weakness within the Skills make-up of DWP and allow them to effectively plan to address those areas of omission.
