The Council is inviting you to take part in a workshop to consider reducing social isolation in Telford and Wrekin. This workshop will enable providers to contribute to the development of a service specification which will feature in a tender going live in early April.

The tender will invite bids from providers who are able to offer a range of innovative service provision for older people (with an awareness of those with sensory impairment and dementia needs) and carers that will:
•promote inclusion and reduce social isolation;
•encourage independence; and
•assist individuals to live in their own communities for longer.
