Description
King's IFM is seeking to appoint an experienced training consultancy/provider to develop and deliver a range of interventions designed to change the style and approach of our managers in a way that creates an immediate impact and lasting change.
We are NOT looking for a traditionally structured training programme; instead we want a bespoke programme that is designed to address the needs of a group of circa 24 line managers across the organisation who are recognised as being pivotal to our success. We would like to implement a targeted programme which addresses specific management/leadership skills and mitigates issues identified within the cohort/s.
We estimate that the programme will run for up to a maximum of 12 - 14 months and not exceed a budget of £15,000.
