Sandwell Council invites a single provider to undertake full Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design Services with expertise in the application of sustainable technologies for full pre and post tender design in relation to the HLF restoration of West Smethwick Park briefly comprising:-
Pavilion Building:
• Single storey community pavilion approx. 600m2 overall floor space comprising:-
• changing and shower facilities for sports users for up to 6 teams playing concurrently
• Introduce high quality visitor/community facility.
• Provide a small sales point for refreshments with internal seating and principally serving onto a cafe style terrace;
• Create a small flexible multipurpose space with easy access to a community café terrace, to support outreach, education and community activities in addition to providing facilities for visitors [exhibitions, information etc];
• Provide a visible and accessible park management base and information point.
• New M&E incoming services to serve above.
